Red King Blades, LLC ("Company", "RKB", “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects  your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this policy.  This Privacy Policy explains how information about you is collected, used and disclosed by RKB when you use the RKB Website located at www.redkingblades.com (“Site”) and any related tools, web sites, and applications owned or managed by RKB and Sites provided in connection therewith. It also describes the choices available to you regarding the use of, your access to, and how to update and correct your personal information. Please read this policy carefully to understand our policies and practices regarding your information and how we will treat it. If you do not agree with our policies and practices, your choice is not to use the Site. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy and the use of such information as described in this Privacy Policy.

When you use our website to browse and/or purchase RKB’s products, we only collect the minimum necessary information to be able to provide you access to our products via the Site.  We take great pains to protect the confidentiality of your private information and we recognize the importance of making sure that we provide a safe, secure, and seamless experience.

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time and in such event will revise the date at the top of this Privacy Policy. Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us. We do link this automatically collected data to other information we collect about you. We do this for many reasons including, without limitation, reasons such as to improve Site, RKB marketing, Site analytics, and Site functionality.

• Information Collected by Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies: We and our partners, affiliates, tracking utility companies and Site providers use cookies or similar technologies to analyze trends, administer the Site, track users’ movements around the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. If you log into your account through a third-party sign-in website (i.e. you opt to log in using your Google or Facebook account), you provide RKB with permission to access certain information about you from Google, Facebook or such other sign-in Site, such as your respective User ID, user profile, friends list, user graph and profile picture.

Use of Information

We may use information about you for various purposes, including without limitation to:

• provide, maintain and improve the Site;
• provide and deliver the product(s) you request, process payments and other transactions, and send you related information, including without limitation confirmations and invoices;
• send you technical notices, updates, security alerts and support and administrative messages;
• respond to your comments, questions and requests, and provide customer service;
• communicate with you about products, services, offers, promotions, rewards, and events offered by RKB and others, and provide news and information we think will be of interest to you;

RKB is based in the United States and the information we collect is governed by U.S. law. By accessing or using the Site or otherwise providing information to us, you consent to the processing and transfer of information in and to the U.S. and other countries.

Sharing of Information

• with vendors, consultants and other Site providers, such as payment processors, who need access to such information to carry out work on our behalf;
• with visitors on the website, who may see your User Contributions;

Sale of Information

Social Sharing Features

The Site may offer social sharing features and other integrated tools, including without limitation the Facebook "Like" button, which let you share actions you take in connection with the Site with other media, and vice versa. The use of such features enables the sharing of information with your friends or the public, depending on the settings you establish with the entity that provides the social sharing feature. We may allow third parties to serve advertisements on the Site and/or serve advertisements on our behalf across the Internet and to provide analytics services. Security

RKB has implemented reasonable measures in an attempt to help protect and secure your personal information from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction, including without limitation Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology for sensitive information such as financial information. 

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Site like message boards. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Site.

No data transmitted over or accessible through the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, and RKB does not represent or warrant that your information will be completely secure, including without limitation from misappropriation by hackers or from other nefarious or criminal activities, or in the event of a failure of computer hardware, software, or a telecommunications network. Your Choices

Account Information

You may access, update or correct your profile information at any time by logging into your account. Certain types of information, such as age, cannot be altered without RKB' assistance. Please contact RKB at sales@redkingblades.com to change such information. For more information on accessing, updating or correcting your profile information please see the Help Center at sales@redkingblades.com. If you wish to delete or deactivate your account, you may do so by visiting your account settings and closing your account, but note that we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes. We will respond to the above-mentioned requests within a reasonable timeframe. We may also retain cached or archived copies of information about you for a certain period of time. If you wish to terminate our access to your Facebook information, then login to Facebook and remove the App and Site from your list of applications.

Location Information

The Site may include a location feature whereby it will automatically collect your geolocation information if you provide your consent. In such event, the Site will use and share such location to enable users, including without limitation to determine which users in their network are nearby and to determine the location of another user. RKB may also use location information to provide information and advertising to users. IF YOU WANT TO STOP THE AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF YOUR LOCATION INFORMATION, YOU MAY DO SO BY USING THE PRIVACY SETTINGS IN YOUR BROWSER AND/OR ON YOUR DEVICE .

Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove or reject browser cookies. Please note that if you choose to remove or reject cookies, this could affect the availability and functionality of the Site.

Promotional Communications

If you do not wish to have your contact information used by RKB to promote our own or third parties' products or Sites, you can opt out by checking the relevant box located on the form on which we collect your data (the registration form) or at any other time by logging into the Site and adjusting your user preferences in your account profile by checking or unchecking the relevant boxes or by sending us an email stating your request to sales@redkingblades.com. This-opt out does not apply to information about transactions or other non-promotional communications related to your use of or experience with the Site.

Our Site may contain third party advertising and links to third party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of these advertisers or websites. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from members of the Network Advertising Initiative ("NAI") on the NAI's website. Children Under 13

Use of our Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under age 18 may provide any information to, on, or through the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information through this Site or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Information Retention

RKB reserves the right to retain the information it collects for a certain period of time in order to preserve the integrity of the RKB databases and for other business and/or legal purposes. You may request that RKB delete your personal information by completing a Data Subject Rights request, and RKB will comply with such request, subject to its right to retain such information as it deems necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, provide important information to current and former users, enforce RKB' Terms of Use or other agreements and other business needs. Any requests for user data retrieval or deletion will require verification of user's identity.

Right to Know

You have the right to know and see the data that RKB has collected about you over the last twelve months, including;

• the categories of personal information we have collected about you;
• the categories of sources from which the personal information has been collected about you;
• the business or commercial purpose of collecting your data;
• the categories of third parties with whom we have shared your data; and
• the specific personal information we have collected about you.

Nevada residents who wish to exercise their sale opt-out rights under Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A may submit a request to this designated address: sales@redkingblades.com. However, please know we do not currently sell data triggering that statute's opt-out requirements.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, please refer to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of our Site that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Right to Correct or Delete

You can review and change your personal information by logging into the Site and visiting your account profile page. In some cases, we cannot delete your personal information without also deleting your user account. • when you purchase an RKB product through Site;

If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies of your User Contributions may remain viewable in cached and archived pages, or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our Terms of Site, which are incorporated by reference herein.
